Online Shop Issues - Please Read If You Intend to Purchase Items Online

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing issues which are affecting online sales of the following:

  • Flowers
  • Genealogy Credits
  • Retail Products

This issue is only affecting NEW customers.  If you have purchased anything from us previously and you are using the username and password that you registered with us you will be unaffected.

If you are a new customer, you will not be able to register with us which is currently necessary to make purchases with us.

We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note this issue does not affect our Funeral Director's Portal.
